Dishvera is committed to clear, accurate and practical recipe content. These standards guide every recipe we publish.
Recipe accuracy. Every recipe must be internally coherent: ingredient quantities, units, cooking times, temperatures and serving sizes must be consistent with each other and with the method.
Dual measurements. Recipes show both US customary measurements (cups, ounces, pounds, degrees Fahrenheit) and metric measurements (grams, milliliters, degrees Celsius).
Realistic times. Prep and cook times reflect what an ordinary home cook can realistically achieve, not professional kitchen speed.
Reasoned substitutions. When an ingredient can reasonably be swapped, we explain the substitution and how it changes the result, rather than adding a generic note.
Accessible ingredients. Recipes use ingredients available at a standard supermarket. Less common ingredients come with a substitution where possible.
No medical claims. We do not make medical, health or disease-treatment claims. Dietary substitutions (vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free) are practical options, not medical advice.
Food safety. Recipes include safe internal temperatures and storage guidance where relevant.
Honesty about testing and images. We do not claim a recipe was physically tested unless it actually was, and images created with AI are labeled as such.
